I believe the Kweichow Hmong (in China) are mentioned in Keith Quincy's book, "Hmong: A History of a People." As for Vietnam, I assume you want to know of them there, am I correct? I don't have any information, but I would suggest that you try looking for books on ethnic minorities in Vietnam- they might even be known as something else there. Otherwise, check anthropology journals to see if any studies have been done on them. I also suggest looking at christian missionary groups who might be working in Vietnam. Many groups usually do a study on the culture of a group before they do evangelism.
