I must be the only Asian who despise StarCraft. (However, I love Blizzard’s WarCraft RTS and Diablo series; I hate World of WarCraft and all MMOs.) I tried to complete the original StarCraft and its official expansion, once back in late 1990s/early 2000s and once more right after Blizzard had announced StarCraft II, but I could never got into it.
I tried StarCraft II… and hated it as well. While I could not get into the first StarCraft for gameplay reason, I hate StarCraft II for additional reasons. The new problem with StarCraft II is that its script, story, dialogs and voice acting were atrocious, but it took itself serious as if it was a dramatic gold. I almost threw up in my mouth listening to the awful lines that were being spilled out in StarCraft II.
Urgh, StarCraft II should get Razzie’s for its screenplay and acting.
