1. This kid is not full white, he's probably white + asian mix from Xinjiang province.
2. He stole something from someone that's why he's getting punished.

This a video in China (Hong Kong apparently) of adults surrounding a young boy. The video says he is white, but I believe he is mixed. Apparently he was caught stealing something and they decided to crush his hands and hit him. Even if he is a young boy, he does seem a little too p*ssy for his age to be screaming like that.

the most fu-ked up thing here is that he's just a tiny little child. maybe 6 or 7 years old. definitely under ten. WHAT THE fu-k?! who does that to a child?!

Little Boy Beaten In Public.

Actually, I came across this video when the original was posted. (is now removed) And it's haunted me ever since. The description says that the boy was being used by gang members to steal things and he was caught. However I've heard from other people that he just accidentally bumped into an old woman and knocked her down. Whatever is happening here, whatever the boy did - the behavior of these people is barbaric. That's the only word I can use to describe this. I had a hard time watching and almost cried - So I'm warning you now, this video might bother you. I'd like to point out that the little boy isn't Chinese. So this might contribute a bit to the way they were treating him. If he had been Chinese I have a feeling they might have went easier on him.

On another note, this is a perfect example of how different cultures and people react to public situations. I personally think if this happened anywhere else, in most cases, someone would have probably stepped up and done something. I also believe if this happened in another country, some of these people would be charged.

Anyway, I'm not trying to troll or "bash" Chinese people. Just posting something I found shocking and wanted to know how people receive it.

What do you mean by barbaric? It might seem horrifying to westerners living it up with their comfy sofa, drinking beer, and being armchair moral authority of people who live by different standards but it's perfectly fine where i'm watching it. It might be low and filthy by your standards but it's better than drugged, mugged, and lying in a street corner with a big belly and a pants with huge truck sized butt hanging out. The Chinese man just could have gotten out of a Kung Foo Academy, or could even be an instructor, and it was a light slappy, slapp - other people who are not familiar with martial arts might think bad about it for being a kick but for expert artists of the martial arts its more controlled than light slap of the hand. And look at the woman who was smiling in the end, she was satisfied with a lesson given, though she might be needing a use of a dentist, but that's not really the main point. The main lesson is that the boy wouldn't dare steal that doesn't belong to him, and its not different from any behaviors of westerners from let say 30 or 40 years ago.
