UFC 134 was a great show. Lots of good fights. Most important was Anderson Silva fighting decisively like he used too.

To bad for Okami. He was totally inadequate for the job, but I predicted that he'd get his butt kicked by Silva here on AF many months ago. Okami was the only pure Asian to have a chance at getting a UFC belt. Too bad his weight category happened to have the greatest fighter in UFC history!!


I'm optimistic someday a pure Asian will own a UFC belt.

Okami never stood a chance, too slow and he's just flat out nowhere near Anderson's level.

I literally laughed my @$$ off when Anderson had his hands completely down and started taunting him. He was like "Come on b!tch, try and hit me! Ohh nice try but too slow. Oh you got knocked down? I ain't done having fun with you yet, get back up so I can do that again!"

True enough.


What pisses me off about Silva is he comes on hard if he feels confident that his opponent can't hurt him; with just a little doubt, Silva fights so conservative, he looks like a coward.

Silva needs to bring it every time he fights.

Not that it would have made a difference but Okami only attempted one takedown! Considering he was training with Chael Sonnen for months I found this surprising.

I think he may have gotten off of his gameplan because he looked completely intimidated by Silva and probably the hostile enivronment he found himself in.

I watched the fight again and his corner actually told him that he was "doing good". Wish Sonnen had been there.

Did you guys know that the Brazilians were chanting Japanese men have small d!cks?
