Some of them r Hmong in the show because in 57 u could heard them speaking Hmong. Thai r trying to get into the Hmong market so they have to use some of the Hmong pp. Just like HmongTV channel, Thai is partnership with it M150.

Are you offended b/c they're wearing Hmong clothes? If so, they don't have to be Hmong to wear Hmong clothes. The last time I checked, some Hmong wear Thai, Laos, Bollywood clothes, etc., too.
Also, I cannot understand Thai, so I cannot say if they're making fun of Hmong/not, but I doubt that they're making fun of Hmong.
