hehe. i've never dated, full blooded pinays...sadly so. not because of preference (i'd go for filipino any day) just never met anyone in particular. most girls i've dated were part japanse or japanese ( i did spend most of my grown life in the islands, either filipino, hawaiian or japanese is what's there)

I'm in Austin I wish Houston was a little closer... when I was looking for places around here that might help me learn Tagalog, I found a little church in Houston that had Tagalog services and weekly lessons. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be driving four hours or so for that

I do come here. Well, once or twice a week. I just don't post that often.

we have a locale in Dallas (INC, so I don't know if you share the same faith). but i'm sure there are alot of Filipinos in San Antonio. (we also have a local there, mostly Filipinos)

OH man this place is dead, mad props to FMC for holding it down and keeping it alive ill try to help out too.

I grew up in the Dallas area, but it's about 3.5 hours away now. San Antonio isn't bad... about an hour and a half. There is Austin society for Filipinos, but the web page hasn't been updated in like 5 years and they don't respond to emails. I talked with the Filipino Student Association at UT Austin and there are about 160 of them with only a few knowing Tagalog, and not enough interest for them to have classes I don't think. But I think there is a petition to have courses at UT, which is good.

not much in Austin? in San Antonio, well for the rest of Texas, when I was there there were mostly Mexicans, but I was surprised, in the River Mall, when there's several family who sat down and started talking in Tagalog.
