Cloudyski: Yeah, white pasta's pretty bad for you. It's fattening and isn't good for your skin either. BUT there's whole grain pasta. It's kind of hard to find at a regular supermarket sometimes. It contains a lot of fiber so it's good for your digestion and weight management. However, I don't know if it'll benefit skin that much.
Just make sure that you don't eat it with a fattening, greasy creamy sauce - I like to make my own sauce with a fresh tomato, garlic, basil, etc. There should be plenty of recipes for variations of it on allrecipes.com.

Ooh really? White tea? I'd like to try it too but don't think I ever saw it at the supermarket. Maybe I'll try looking for it at Whole Foods or something.
You can get it at dispensaries or at health-food shops..(here in Europe 100 g costs about 8 Euro)
Good thing I live near all these health food stores! I'll stop by one on my way back from the mall later....

I heard greasy foods will give you acne. But then at the same time, I heard that this was an urban legend?
Anybody know stuff on this, feel free to help a sister out.
omg I thought u were a guy

hey starry how do you use that fitday thing?
hahahah!! What made you think cloudy was a guy?

I remember someone used to think nungi was a guy, maybe because he had her confused with Nung1.
Ok, about the fitday thing... did you register for it? Register first. Then..
Let's say that you just ate an apple. You log in. You type in "apple" into search. You click on "apple, raw". Then you click on the drop-down menu to specify that you ate one medium apple. Then you click on "add to foods eaten". You do that with everything you eat.
It seems like a pain in the butt, but you'd be surprised at how much junk you might be putting into your body! This helps you develop some consciousness about your diet.
If you want to see what nutrients you're lacking, you go to "reports," on the left-hand side. Click the "go" next to "Am I meeting my nutrition requirements". The vitamins and minerals you're lacking will appear in red. So let's say you're lacking vitamin E. You then Google "good source of Vitamin E," and try to eat the foods that are a good source of it.
Check out all the other reports! My second favorite one is the one that tells you whether you're burning all the calories you eat.
