How do they compare with US tech... how much bettter?

Also, how "standard" is the feature where you can watch mobile TV on celly? is it a feature that is widespread?

Also, how do they compare with IPhone, esp. the latest IpHone 4s? is IPhone advanced?

also, is it true that Japanese components go into most advanced cellphones in US like IPhone?

Also, how fast is download speeds in Japanese phones?

I am Chinese and i am interested in Japanese technology.

Digital TV on celly is popular. some celly allows to record TV programs on them.

I think download speeds varies depending on carriers and products.

Nice and fan part is to allow sending "decome" or "decorated mail" especially popular among girls.

Sony (Sony+Ericsson) produces smartphone.
HappyDayChina
Sony appears to be the only Japanese company that makes smart phones.
