It's Khom not Khmer. In stone inscripts crafted as "Khom Sabad Lamphong" from "Lavo", the Khom from Lavo (Lopburi).

Khmer didn't exist. Your ancestors aka Khom slaves hadn't have any identity yet.

It's right there in plain English. The word Khmer is repeated several times, siemese slave.

I even shoved you evidence that the siemese were regarded as laborers and slaves. LOL

The evidence is so concrete it's written in stone. embarassedlaugh.gif

All scholar say that the central culture develop of Khmer was in Lupuri, which base of the so much evidence included the stone inscription, show me which part of it say Khorm? So then why western scholar give so credit to the Khmer not Khorm? what their really benefit? You mean those scholar is betraying the world understanding? what for?? for honor Khmer people?? embarassedlaugh.gif

Note: for Thai the word Khorm is Ancient Thai (Siam)
For Khmer it just one of the words that call Khmer in the ancient time, but not many people know about the word Khorm is existed.

If you can read Thai, you can search "ขอมสบาดโขลญลำพง Khom Sabad". It's the name of Khom ruler in Lavo who took his chance when the first Sukhothai king, Sri Naonamthom had died. Khom Sabad ruled Sukhothai for some time and he lost wars with Khun Bang Klang Hao (later King Sri Indraditaya) and Khun Pa Mueng (later Indravarman III).

After I have researched Thai, Khmer history. Now I really think Khom is Syam, Khom Lavo is Syam Lavo, the ancient native Siamese.

Now it's your turn, Give us some resource when the word Khmer really first founded in your stone inscriptions and what the context is all about. So we can help searching your true identity. beerchug.gif

What's the matter if it's inscribed in Thai? It's ancient Thai language by the way. It was inscribed in stone by ancient Tai Siamese. Khom is proved to be Tai native name for ancient people. The word is at least 800+ year old.

What's about your word "KHMER" ? All I have seen are in modern history books, not even in a single stone inscription.

If you can then prove it that Khmer did exist in the ancient time.
