Does Mao represent all Chinese past and present? Even if Japanese refuse to pay goverment(PRC,ROC) reparations,they should at least pay for the victims(or their family members) for their heinous crimes(murder,rape,forced prostitution,expeirmentation on civilians...). Japan should have gave the loans for free instead of being greedy bastards and attaching strings... It is correct that Taiwanese view Japanese rule as nostalgic(since Japan didn't do the deeds they did on mainland China),however the yahoo answers saying former Manchuko Chinese are friendly to Japanese is incorrect they f1cking hate Japanese guts,such attitudes you could find in Nanjing. BEIJING, Dec. 5 (Xinhuanet) -- Japan says it will not suspend the official development assistance or ODA to China before the agreement between the two countries, China Radio International reported Saturday. The Joint Communiqué of the Government of Japan and the Government of the People's Republic of China was signed in Beijing on September 29, 1972.
