you should try standing on your hands (handstand), practice balancing youself. By doing this you'll gain strength on both your arms (try standing on one hand :stronger 1:). When u get the hang of it, you'll have no problem keeping yourself balanced, when you're doing spins or moves in the air. Of course it'll still take weeks to learn.. heh.

oh... ok, I never took a course... lol... for me it's waste of money... yeah they will explain more to u... bu I rather sit down and look at moves.. then combine them all to my own styel...

make friends with some b-boys/girls in your area. usually the more established/professional ones offer classes to show you the basics.
