It's different for each guy.... I notice first whatever is his most unique feature. For instance, if he's a big guy then I'd notice his stature first. If he has nice thick eyebrows I'd notice that first, or if he has really great bone structure I'd notice his high cheekbones or jawline first.

Hair does make a difference but I don't notice it consciously. It's more like if he combs and styles it, I notice he looks neater than if he doesn't.

First impression I just notice the overall impact of what the guy looks like. But later when I get a chance to really inspect the guy ( ) I guess I notice teeth first. Well, teeth and eyes and hair and jawline. But teeth are important.
