Pretty much there have been flood in Siam; then they changed the name of the country to Thailand little bit over 60 years ago, since the beginning of time. Some years just get worse than others. traditionally many houses were built and raised above the ground at least 3 meters or about 10 feet. But many thai admire farang and build their house like regular villa, and those seem to get their house flood the most. It's too low to the ground.
Many thai elite probably evolve after Red shrit Crackdown and 2011 big flood. That the mandate of heaven is much greater than their powers. Time for them to change, pay tax like everyone else and stop riding on poor people backs.

Thai slums seem so depressing. Anyways, I heard the reason why Bangkok is flooded was because the Yellow shirt Thai supporter lost the election by the Red Shirt supporter and the broader people of Thailand. So then, the release of the water from the dam was used to manipulate during the wet season and strong rainfall to claim it was mother nature fault for the "great floods". Also I did mention about the great flood two years ago here in AF prior to this year!

If the Thai are blaming each other. They should blame their own politican and their action that this minor prophecy was well warned.

Also, I find it quite coincident actually came true. It must be hopes and guardian angels listening to someone who can see beyond belief. It is also scary at the same time!
