While I was there for 6 times, I found Chaing Mai is the best city in Thailand... but because of the misunderstanding of Thai history is lead some Thai people to confuse and seem not really welcome Khmer people in somehow!!!

I also really want to visit PP and Siem Reap someday.
Cambodia is the last country which closed to Thailand that I've never been.

I was in many cities.. I mostly take bus and train for local transportation in Thailand if I have to go far just fly... I was in Chaing Mai two times one for my visit and one for Media Forum.. beside political troll, I can say I like Thailand.. I believe Thailand and Cambodia would be good brother and sister... together with Lao because we have very similar culture and tradition!!! I also love Lao people they are normally very sweet and welcome people.. I am feeling so warm and peaceful while I stay in Lao!!!

Yes,Laos is very peaceful country(Imagine that the whole population in Laos less than only city like Bangkok(11-12 million).)
I love Lao landscape and culture,it's very beautiful country.
Yeph,Lao people are warm and nice, so why many tourists love Laos.

Laos is easy to travel for Thai people, because we speak the similar language.
(Many Laotians also watch Thai TV and listen Thai music, so many of them can speak Thai very well)
I feel like I were in Northern or Notheatern province of Thailand when I visited in Laos.

I have a very good connection with Thailand. Till now, I have visited Thailand 5 times and I still wanna visit that again. The first time i landed in Thailand, was during 1997 when My family ran to Thailand due to political issue in Cambodia. Despite i was born in Cambodia, I found Thailand is a place where I can understand and is the root of what the world introduce to me. Although my family came along with political issue with them upon their immigration to Thailand, My mom told me that Thai people greatly welcomed us in every aspect. My family have moved several times around Thailand for their settlement there, like from Surin province to Bangkok to somewhere else i don't remember well. I really had very good days in Thailand during that times. I lived in Thailand for over half a year and then my family made a comeback to Cambodia since the political issue already solved successfully. After that, I still wished to visit Thailand. I always felt very exciting every time I visited Thailand again. The next times i visited Thailand, beside the first time, were all for tourism purpose. The best thing upon my journey those times, are shopping and eating. I love how delicious Thai food are. I found Thai food very affordable and is amazing in taste even it's very spicy. I also like Shopping there. There are a lot of thing for us to buy. And how cultural and traditional that the city is, also charmed me. Thai people also gave me a great experience. I don't know if that's very unpopular to say about Thai people among Cambodian people here. I have been told by my Cambodian friend that, if i tell Thai people that I come from Cambodia, Thai people will hate me in every way. But from my viewpoint toward Thai people is DIFFERENT. My Family and my relative and me tell Thai people that we are Cambodian every time Thai people asked us, and nothing bad happen between us. In contrast, Thai people is very helpful. My aunt used to go to Thailand to buy some clothes and shirts that possibly for her to sell it in Cambodia. And Thai clothes seller there, helped her and is very friendly to her. She always help my aunt to choose the best quality of clothes. There a re a lot of things about my aunts in Bangkok that help by Thai clothes seller upon her visiting in Thailand. For me, I met a Thai-middle aged lady (around 40 or over I think) and she helped me when she saw that i didn't know how to used the boil water to cook my noodles can. Yeah! there are a lot of great experience between me and Thai people.

All in All, I just love Thailand and always want to visit that Country. I consider Thailand as Awesome country and never get the hate between Thai people and Khmer people in our history.

It shows that you have hands-on experience with Thailand.

Unlike many Khmer members here who never set their foot there.

They just "heard from other Khmers" that Thai hate Khmer. :

To be honest, i kinda don't get about all those widespread about Thai people will attacks on Khmer people every time Khmer people tell Thai people that they are ''KHMER''. Like, my friends and people i know, whose told me about that Thai hate khmer stories, but in fact, they never ever visit Thailand before and they said that they heard it from other too. Yeah! I never have any bad experience from Thai people, but instead, I got a lot of amazing memories with that. But, I really want to know if that Thai people attack Khmer people do exists in Thailand or that just create by the public without any exact evidence. BTW, I want to see Peace between the two countries. :-)

Its the same case with some Thai People that never visit Cambodia but though insulting or hating over Cambodia or Khmer People.
I want to see Peace between our Countries too it would be so wonderful. But it is sad that many Thai and Khmer still fighting and hating.
