Hambali, it is interesting you mention pancasila. Let us discuss it a little more:

QUOTE
The Five Principles of Pancasila are:

The Star.

Belief in the one and only God

Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa: This principle emphasizes belief in God. It also implies that the Indonesian people believe in life after death. It emphasizes that the pursuit of sacred values will lead the people to a better life in the hereafter. The principle is embodied in the 1945 Constitution and reads: "The state shall be based on the belief in the one and only God". It is represented by the star in the center of the shield of the Garuda Pancasila.

The Chain.

Just and civilized humanity

Kemanusiaan yang Adil dan Beradab: This principle requires that human beings be treated with due regard to their dignity as God’s creatures. It emphasizes that the Indonesian people do not tolerate physical or spiritual oppression of human beings by their own people or by any other nation. The chain at the lower right of the shield symbolizes successive generations of humanity.

The Banyan tree.

The unity of Indonesia

Persatuan Indonesia: This principle embodies the concept of nationalism, of love for one’s nation and motherland. It envisages the need to always foster national unity and integrity. Pancasila nationalism demands that Indonesians avoid feelings of superiority on the grounds of ethnicity, for reasons of ancestry and skin color. In his 1 June 1945 speech, Sukarno quoted Gandhi: I am a nationalist, but my nationalism is humanity.[4] The Indonesian coat of arms enshrines the symbol of "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika" which means "unity in diversity". This is represented on the shield by the banyan tree at top right.

The Buffalo's head.

Democracy guided by the inner wisdom in the unanimity arising out of deliberations amongst representatives

Kerakyatan yang Dipimpin oleh Hikmat Kebijaksanaan dalam Permusyawaratan/Perwakilan: Pancasila democracy calls for decision-making through deliberations, or musyawarah, to reach a consensus, or mufakat. It implies that voting is not encouraged as long as deliberation is possible. It is democracy that lives up to the principles of Pancasila. The head of the wild bull at top left stands for this sila.

The Rice and Cotton.

Social justice for the whole of the people of Indonesia

Keadilan Sosial bagi Seluruh Rakyat Indonesia: This principle calls for the equitable spread of welfare to the entire population, not in a static but in a dynamic and progressive way. This means that all of the country’s natural resources and the national potentials should be utilized for the greatest possible good and happiness of the people. Social justice implies protection of the weak. But protection should not deny them work. On the contrary, they should work according to their abilities and fields of activity. Protection should prevent willful treatment by the strong and ensure the rule of justice. This is symbolized by the paddy and cotton ears on the shield

Do you believe that all Indonesians believe in these principles?

Which has pre-eminence in Indonesia (or Aceh), Pancaswila or Sharia?
DEL
Pancasila is the tool what Indonesia needs.
The country is so diverse, in religion, race and wealth. So you understand it is hard to make it one.
But i believe the Pancasila can do that. It is the task of the government to maintain it.

I cannot tell you what the children learn about it on their schools and how important it is there. We need to research that. But i think all children should know about the Pancasila. I do know that at the time it was introduced, everyone had to follow a two week course.

Surely not all Indonesians believe in these principles, but the majority does. And the minority who doesn't, don't believe in it because of religious reasons alone, but because of a combination of religion, race and wealth.

Aceh is a very tough situation. Sharia got more important there, but it still isn't as strict as other countries. Acehnese have been mistreated several times by Indonesia. For example, after the Tsunami, lots of countries send aid to Aceh. But most of it didnt even reach Aceh or only to the pockets of their state officials.

Even tho the pancasila is there to promote religious freedom, there are only 6 religions widely accepted. Buddhism, Hinduism, Catholicism, Protestantism, Confuciunism and Islam. Other religions aren't really accepted, but they are there. When people are atheïst, agnost or follow another religion, they lie about it on their papers and put one of the 6 on it. People that do come out for one of the other religions, mostly ended up being harassed, like jehovah witnesses by Christians and Ahmadiya by Muslims. But there is a small community of Jews in Sulawesi that haven't found any opposition yet and are accepted. Perhaps because it is Abrahamic.

The above however does not reconcile with the Quran, and the Hadiths. So both, the Pancasila and the Quran cannot be right.

That is what Jemaah Islamiyah says too. Anyways, leaving that out of the conversation now and knowing that there are also verses in the Quran that promotes peace, tolerance and that it is okay to mix churches and mosques, we look at what the founders thought.

The religions in Indonesia have all something in common. They are all influenced by Indonesian culture. Almost all still believe in naturalism and in stories like ratu adil (just king). It's about a king who eliminates any danger that can harm the unity in his kingdom.

Also, the chain principle, is based on several religious ways. Sukarno, the first president, based it partially on fardhu kifaya. Which means to contribute to the community.

And as far as I am concerned, Jemaah Islamiyah is an orthodox Islamic movement in Indonesia. That reflects orthodox Islamic thinking worldwide. And that says it all.

Pancasila is being pushed to the rear even by the current government. It is a useless tool, it has become irrelevant to most Indons.
