Oh ive never heard that before..but ive heard only one Viet girl who lives in a rural town in Southern Vietnam province who always go to Cambodia who baked Banh Koht cakes.

^ Many of them have relative with Khmer. Other reason is Camboda policy suck. They get no risk there.
