Food is the main reasons as well as lack of sports activity engagement in early age.

Most Asian food do not include milk and dairy on their diet. Dairy food helps the bone grow faster and bigger in early age. In the West, diary food such as cheese, milk are included in their daily stable.

Physical Education(PE) is one of requirement in US curriculum from elementary to high school.

This explain why Asian live in West are taller than Asian in Asia. Yet many Asian in the West still do not include dairy as part of their daily meal. This also explain why Asian in the West still smaller than their peers

What "Asian" food are you talking about? You meant the VIETNAMESE food, didn't you? Have you taken a look at the food other Asians have been eating? They have been consuming Milk and Dairy in their diet for 20, 30+ years now. Only the Vietnamese haven't been able to afford Milk & Dairy up to this day. You got Uncle Ho to thank for it!! Only the very top level ruling comrades are able to feed their spawns with the American's left over butter and discarded milk they got ever since they begged for the American diplomatic relation in the 90s. Their children look just fine. Only the rest of us are left to eat dirt.

Which Asian food had diary such as milk ans cheese in their food? I went Chinese, Korea, Japanese restaurant.....none has cheese or milk base in their food. Do you drink fresh milk daily?
HuYuHaiDing
Are you insane? You think people around the world consume Milk and Dairy by soaking their food in it? Drinking Milk through out the day is the main way.

You're completely retarded.

Viet Nam has tons of milk. Every family I've seen has cases of Vina milk and the like. Not to mention breast milk is always available.

As for your other point, so Ho Chi Minh made it so Vietnamese traditional food that have been around for centuries would no longer have milk or dairy even though they never had it to begin with?

You're completely retarded.

Yeah. Milk's everywhere. That's why Vietnamese milk consumption per capita is at the bottom of all SEAsia (let alone Asia). What school do you go to? Uncle Ho's genius school?

I went to Vietnam several times. Vietnam has milk but people do not use it due to their cuisine nor consume it daily. Look at the chart, China doesn't consume much either. This proves my argument valid. Asian do not consume dairy in their daily diet which why they are smaller.

Yea right. Because Vietnamese people don't soak their Pho with Milk that's why they forbid their children from DRINKING it (or was it because they couldn't afford it? Genius?) Another Uncle Ho's prodigy school graduate right here, people!

Are you Chinese Vietnamese? I understand you should be mad at the Vietnamese communist. But my argument on this topic, should be clear that Asian do not consume dairy is due to thousand years of
cultural diet and lack of activity engagement.....it has nothing to do with politic . You should leave politic out of this argument.

I'm trying to teach you that Milk consumption has nothing to do with cultural diet because I've seen it with my own eyes how school children were forced to drink Milk in pre-commie Southern Vietnam during school lunches and the Milk consumption per capita of South Vietnam was the highest in SEAsia (if not all East Asia) during that time, in the double digit. Of course those figures were only available in print and not readily available on the Internet for me to post them here. But it is obvious that the commies have well brainwashed you with the spirit of AQ for you to know otherwise. The "If we can't afford Milk it's because we didn't want it in the first place, or I don't know what else is going on in the World because I don't need to in the first place" mentality is what's holding Vietnam back from the rest of the World.

My argument was Asian smaller because they are not consume dairy by drink it, eat it.... Whatever reasons are... politically, culturally as a whole. It is not the race that make them smaller.
