which ones do you know about
I remember my ya ya once told not to walk in the grass barefoot, or you might step on a dwarf. And if you k!ll one of them they will take revenge on you.
Or about the manganaal, they fly with half a body looking for victims.
And their is the aswang who eats little kids and unborn babies.
And the half horse- half man beast.

I saw the white lady at my rooftop one night when I was 10 in the Phils and she was the most beautiful thing i've ever seen. I swear.
Oh yeah, I hear about the Tikbalang, Capre, Shokoy (sp?), Dwende, Agta. This topic is really giving me the chills now

Ghosts related to the Balete tree. I dunno, but usually Filipinos fear Balete trees, may mga multo raw kasi na naninirahan dun.

kababaklaan!

joke pa ba yon? o subconsciously implying that you see kabaklaan as a transgression = sakit/ kababalaghan/katatawanan. dahil kung ganyan, hindi yata matalino ang forum na ito.

You missed one, or maybe it's there. but have you heard of the Impatita? It's a creature which is a woman during daylight. But in the light of the moon, it seperates it's torso. The top torso grows wings and flies. The lower half stays where it is until the creature returns from it's hunt. To kill the crreature you must poor salt or holy water on the lower half of the body. If the creature does not return before sunrise it will die.
