1. Working visa (i.e. H1). Easy to get if you are a licensed nurse in RP and have passed CGFNS. Some U.S. companies hire new grads. People in IT (Information Technology) can also come... and they don't require board exams simply because there's no such thing as board exams for IT people. There are however, certification exams, such as MCSE, MCP, Java Cert., Cisco, etc.
2. Tourist visa. Thus far, it is easy to get this type of visa if you have the money. There are other factors, of course, but money is the most important.
3. Fiancee visa. If you are engaged (to be married) to a U.S. Citizen, then you are eligible for this type of visa.
4. Walang bisa. Now this is hard.
- Cross the Pacific Ocean using a row boat
- Go to Mexico as tourist. Cross the Mexico-U.S. border by foot.
- Go to Cuba as tourist. Cross the Bermuda Triangle by boat (or inflated
inner-tire) and once you are in the shores of Florida - you try to pose
as Cuban. You know Cubans are "home free" once they set foot
on U.S. dry land.
What else can you think of?

**Becoming into nurses. Sure, this is so getting Stepford, but it is found to be effective.
--Claiming that you have links to the Marcoses. In some cases, the Republican Party would allow you to go stay here in the US (meaning, you're on your own after that).

There personally know a few Filipino nurses who have obtained indefinite leave to remain in the UK (almost similar to PR/greencard) in the UK after having been legally employed for 4 years. I guess that the nursing route would be a similarly enticing route for the States.

Ha ha ha, come on JMAC. Are you serious about this offer? So what are you gonna do with your Filipina fiancee when she sets foot in the U.S.? Are you gonna make her your slave? Have her hand-wash your filthy laundry? Have her hand-wash your dirty dishes? Make her your sex-slave?
