i LOVE in n out.
too bad i'm rarely in the CA/NV/AZ area.
once in LV we were going back to our hotel by taxi, and our taxi driver was filipino, so he was really friendly, and he let us stop at in n out to get a bite to eat since we were all hungry and it was along the way.

I dislike their fries only. But the rest seems to have nice quality to texture and taste of it... they make the buns crunchy.

Oh man, I know a friend that doesn't like the fries either. I thought he was the only one, but now that I think about it, the fries do have that 'cardboard' taste. Ah well, I can use the cheese to disguise it haha.

The secret of the In-N-Out experience is ordering the onions sauteed. Raw onion is just not the same.
