Vietnamese engineers, scientists and workers are welcomed(they are very smart) but full-time jobs of IT sector tend to replaced by non-salaried, short-term positions without benefits or job security..it's unstable...

an annual salary...hmmm It depends...i dunno exactly icon_confused.gif

Well not really only about 25% percent of the full-time IT work force can ever be replace by contractor. You need full-time for management and long term project. And most contractor now work for contracting company so they get benifit from those company.

I'm a computer science graduate (and a foreigner in korea) and my major is programming & MIS. but im here in korea to teach Computer subject in, english of course, so students will learn computer & practice english as well (hitting two birds with one stone huh?!) it reminds mejust now that i should be receiving twice of my salary!!! Anyway, i dont have any complain about my salary...

There are many technically skilled computer graduates here in korea so they are not really in need of additional workers from abroad... foreigners who are good in english are making big money here...
