Like sometimes you can tell a girl likes you, but they usually never approach you. Maybe I'm just one of the few guys who doesn't ask girls out xD

I used to ask guys out a lot. But I learned that although a guy likes the ego boost, it doesn't necessarily mean he'll like you. The male mentality seems to be that something or someone should be valued as much as the work he put into it/them. So it's quite useless for a girl to ask a guy out.

Girls do ask guys out all the time, but only a few of the bolder ones actually directly ask.


A girl who keeps dropping by for no apparent reason to watch you do mundane things around the house and/or constantly calling about your schedule? She might not be asking vocally, but you get the picture.

As to those who obviously like you but don`t ask.. well.. all those reasons you gave could cover it also she is maybe expecting you to ask her since its tradition around the world for the guy to ask the Girl and some of those girls may have old fashioned expectations like that.

They do. When it comes to asking girls out and being asked out myself it's pretty much 50/50 for me.

It's the media. The majority of movies and shows have guys asking out the girls, so in real life you may not see girls asking guys out so often.

Not really because I'm only just starting training soon. It's been that way since primary school. Also I would never go for a stupid girl, my gf is due to graduate with her business post graduate degree next year.

Actually I'm surprised you haven't gotten hit on while studying. There were plenty of chicks who knew which who were law students as they knew the addresses of the law school dorms -just random cashiers or waitresses or bar tenders around town. Then of course there are the undergrads who make a beeline to sit next to people with casebooks. Or the girls in the bar across the street from school that you've never seen in class. 2

lol I have been hit on whilst studying but not because I study law. As for law students there are a fair number here and unless you actually get your BVC or LPC (BVC is very competitive) you won't be able to enter the law profession so people don't generally just go for law students immediately. Besides my university had no 'mickey mouse' degrees so almost everyone was clever anyway, also it seems that here we have a very good class system, dumbasses generally aren't stupid enough to approach those with a brain.

No. Not unless they're stupid. I generally seem to go for lawyers/business women/doctors etc and they're usually aggressive because their occupation requires them to have a certain level of confidence. I don't see why I should think less of a girl because she's confident.

In that case it depends on the girl but I normally don't go for those kinds of girls. Asking a lot of men/women out is desperate for both men and women.

First you have to analyze the subject and detect his weakpoints, his interest and incorporate that with some cuteness... guys are lollipops ladies. don't be afraid the good ones will pace ya, the beaters/players wont stick around too long cause of the lack of patient. dont be too eager or easy. If you need to wait a year!?. Hell, do you the main thing is to make sure you're happy and having fun with him otherwise toss aside and move on...

girls do ask guys out. some directly and some indirectly. it's up to the guy to realize when she's hitting on him.
