ALL i seen was battle 1-3 , i'll like it , but the graphics ain't that good.

I've seen 1st stage, and even though i don't like the character design, i still think its a pretty good anime. i'm still waiting for my friend to let me borrow 2nd stage...

Well i'm waiting for my friend to get stage 4. My friend told me about one stage that Bunta drive with one hand smoking cigarette.

lol im probably the only girl who watches racing anime. by the way i saw both season of Initail D one year ago. i was really good. i fell in love with the cars. lol. the character designs wasn't so good but i have to admit the cars and animation was really good. besides i like the background music. i also saw the movie. it was a good ending. how he would go around the world and continue street racing. but that girl...i forgot her name since i saw it a yr ago...she gets on my nerves. i just want to kick her. the girl that likes takumi. i like how they developed takumi though. it was very interesting. i really like that blue car... it was call blue something driven by those two girls....^^...enjoy as you watch the rest of it. but then in the second season they messed up the character drawings lol. it looks really weird.

actually Bunta takes both hands of the steering wheel while drifting to light a cigarettee....crazy skills. and my friend also said he doesn't use a seatbelt to keep him from moving when drifting. he just presses his leg against the door...

where do u get those 2 and 3 stage? from the net?

but still the anime is good and it keeps getting better from first stage to third stage

Fourth stage is out. Both the first and second episodes have been translated. You can search the net for the Torrents.

As always, the anime is making improvements.

They are making a real-life movie this year, i think, by the chinese.

I bought stage four over the weekend, It's good to see the continuing story, but damn, that Engrish translation is horrendous.

The two girls were driving Sil-80 model. I have yet to watch their Bonus Stage.

theres a 4th stage?? i only saw the 1st and 2nd stage then the movie.. i thought it ended there. wait theres a game??? how does the game go? just drive and drift or something?

I stop watching after the civic try to hit him but miss and hit the rail...after that i couldn't find the rest..

You're right the animation's not really great, but I like Initial D a lot! It was one of the first anime I ever saw. I've seen all the Initial D episodes and the movie.

The manga is drawn so...ugly! Major anime/manga turn off...

Well every one has their own unique style that makes their manga/anime more...distinct. Its still entertaining none the least.

4th stage is already out ^^ Heard it's boring but willing to see.

Yup..this is on the top of my anime list....although stages 1-3 graphically wasn't that good, the plot is!... and there have been huge improvements to the drawings in stage 4...this anime is addictive..the manga i think is more funnier because a lot is cut out in the anime...waiting for 4th stage ep3 to be released.I dunno wanna raelli see the chinese version..heard jay zhou is in it wif edison..personally i dun believe that they can act very well...but since it's Initial D i've gotta see it.
