I am thinking of travelling to Japan in April.

I wanted to ride a push bike from Tokyo to Kanazawa, Kanazawa to Kyoto, Kyoto to Osaka, Osaka back to Tokyo.

I figure its around 1300km travelling 75km a day I could do it in around 15 days. However, I will take a month so I can see the sights. Can any way confirm if this guess on distance is correct?

Also how safe is ride a push bike on Japanese roads/freeways?

Any info would be great.
