When I went home last year, I knew that "gaining back" my Filipino Citizenship entails a fee that I'd have to pay in cash.

I have retained my Filipino Citizenship, but my parents aren't gonna give me money to travel there until next year. Might as well go to Germany too for the World Cup...if I can.
