QUOTE
You expect a white guy to tell the difference between Chinese and Japanese? They couldn't tell the difference between pepsi and coke.
Sorry to inform you but there are times I can tell the difference. It has been my experience here in Japan that many Japanese people can not tell the difference between Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. Being white has nothing to do with it. It is an environmental thing, any person using common sense would know that.
Also, sorry to disappoint you, but in countries like Japan, China, Korea, some people say all white and black people look a like. If you are not use to seeing people of different races it is easy to get confused. I ask you to honestly answer this, can you tell the difference between whitepeople from Germany, Australia, Russia, and Canada. I would say you would have a hard time of it. Last time I checked I did not know there was a required course somewhere where people could learn to tell the difference between races. If you could please give me the contact information to that course, by your comments it seems to work for you.
I assumed it was not Japan by the style of clothes, type of MA it was, and the style of the room. I now realize that the video is just old.
By the way, can you tell the difference between Pepsi and Coke? If so, to what do you credit this ability. For me, I can tell, because I like Pepsi over Coke, and would notice if it were not Pepsi. I feel the fact that I am white does not hinder me at all in telling the two apart. Why do you say white people have trouble telling the difference between the two. I look forward to a rational reply.
I hope you can back up your statments with a rational argument. I hope you are just not mouthing off racism and prejudice. That would make you no better than those you accuse of being so ignorant that they can not tell the difference between Pepsi and Coke, Chinese and Japanese(for example).
