Okay today i was gambling with these small time yakuza members and they said a bunch of $hit that i didn't understand

for eg

i lost in the 1st round and then he said "baka jan" and "baka yaro"

and what does this phrase mean?

Ken wa okama ja nai kedo

and this

Anatano ohkaasan kusodis

and finally

Tameguchi kitten ja ney o

My Japanese is by no means perfect but I'll give it a shot:
baka yaron is like "stupid rascal". Not sure about baka jan, probably around the same meaning.
Ken wa okama ja nai kedo is something like "Ken isn't gay though".
anata no okāsan wa kuso desu is something like "Your mother is a piece of $hit".
tameguchi kitten ja nai is something like "it's not a Tameguchi Kitten (I think that's a toy or something)".
I hope that helps! biggrin.gif
BTW, why would you be gambling with yakuza?
Rad Raz
baka yaro meant you are a stupid idiot.

Stupid idiot, stupid rascal, pretty similar, neh?

I thought 'yaro' just means 'person'?
just like in 'kusoyaro'
So, I think "Idiot!" would be closest.

you guys are right. I misread the yaro as yaron.

I guess I can safely say, that they were more or less insults of some sort.

I'd say your translations are more or less accurate. beerchug.gif

Tho I dont know why they would add the polite form article 'desu' when they called your mom a piece of $hit... embarassedlaugh.gif

Tameguchi are those electronic pet thingys that are all the rage again.

yeah, I would've thought they'd use "da" or no article at all...

I thought that people finally lost interest in Tamagotchi?

I heard Japanese stopped using Print Club too, for a while
I also hear that Japanese schoolgirls use it again, but this time to take naked pictures of themselves, to give to their boyfriends
and that many places that have Print Club have banned all boys from standing around the Print Club area
is this true?

EDIT: Print Club is the bane of my existance
Photo booths might not be annoying to you, but when you're a 6'1" blond haired white tourist, they get annoying, fast

Hey, Hiroki. Are you fluent?
