It isn't fair to classify the south Korean regime as being representative of Korea.

I don't think south koreans are anti-Chinese as many would still view historically China was like our big brother.
but considering recent history between democratic SKorea and communist China
I believe skoreans can't really trust or even like mainlanders.
also SKoreans are exposed to a lot of media that criticize communist China for ... business manners, human right issues, etc.
some of us think we are better... but are we? lol

I have a feeling that south korean treat chinese just like every asian nationality (slightly snobbish). Right now the ties between SK and China are fairly neutral I would say, and because of business, at least the government or business leader relationship is cordial.
