What's up with the Punjabi MC hatred? His music is great. I don't think there ever was any other Punjabi song that was as successful as Beware of the Boys, at least in Europe.

I think most of the Rishi Rich crew members are also Punjabis, including Rishi Rich, Jay Sean, Juggy D, Veronica. I really like their music, and especially like how they fuse Bhangra and Hip Hop music together. They aren't usually classified as Indi-Pop singers though, since they're Brit-Asian artists from London, not India.

Only one of the Rouge girls are Indian. The other two are Arab and Persian. So they wouldn't really be an Indian band either way.

True about Rogue. I've seen them classified as Indian in Bollywood sites but I know only one of the girls is Indian.
