If I were the president of the Philippines: I will try to earn the loyalty of the military and try to get the revels to get into my fold. If successful, I will be a temporary dictator for the good of the country and the people. I will remain a dictator until everything is "cleaned out" so that those who are not born yet will see an environment free of graft and corruption, etc. etc, etc. from the time they get into their everyday lives. My idea of what should be "cleaned out": Those who are just for their self interest and not following the golden rule. I will properly warn them and then kill those who will not change their selfish behaviour. I will try to make the people believe that following the golden rule is much better than any other rule including the 10 Commandments. This is a lot and very complicated to do. I was told once that I am crazy but they just cannot believe that I am even willing to die for our country and our people. Included in my prayers every morning is for our people to be guided to the right path for their good health, happiness and success. I wish I could get every Pilipino to join me on this effort. I will not succeed by just myself. I suggest to everybody to study (for just one more time) Noli Me Tangere by Dr. Jose P. Rizal. 1) Spain is infinitely richer and more industrialized.
2) The Philippine Navy doesn't even have a single ship able to reach Spain.
3) Philippines doesn't have any decent tanks, jets or significant military industry.

5) Spain has the technology and means to build nukes if national security is at stake.
6) Spain is a country member of NATO, Eurocorps, WEU and SIAF among other defense and security organizations.

- the use of skin whitening, the barbaric practice of making the nose more narrow
- worshiping light skinned people, looking down on dark skinned people
- saying that Europeans or other foreigners discovering the Philippines
- saying self-hating messages such as 'I am Spanish, Chinese, Hawaiian, Japanese,....... and a little bit of Filipino'

-focus on education
-make the philippines a SOCIAL DEMOCRACY
-new currency

Ban soap operas, telefantasias and all pinoy talk shows.

Do necessary and proper steps to respect ethnic and linguistic diversity.

decalare a Separate luzon republic and make basic bikol,ilocano and tagalog taught on school(luzon republic),with english as the official language of instruction.

2) Make the Philippines an official secular state, and remove the de facto state religion status of the Catholic Church
