Hi everybody,

I just come in this forum tchat and i have saw that several persons are interested by the ainu people and their culture. I work since two years on this extraordinary and fascinating northern civilization. I must to go in Japan this summer for my fieldwork but i don't know no one at Hokkaido.
Are there someone who could me help?
Thanks and see you soon

I would like to go there and talk to them and help presure their culture as well.
However, I must admit that i'm a bit more interested in the Okinawan's plight.
Their history is amazing.

Even though it would be easier to know someone there why even make the effort to establish contact? I say go by yourself and make plans..research..etc. I think it would be
much cooler that way.
