Females are always usually more paler, lighter, and fairer than males.

I guess there are regional skin differences on the people. Or he got a mean tan,

girls emphasize more beauty on the skin color anyways. so they are more likely to try to keep it light. while guys don't really emphasize on that as much. i noticed that too in japan.
