I really like her. She's beautiful and entertaining. Many south indian people like to say that southies are more beautiful by pitting kareena against ash and saying that the former looks like a man/too pale/ugly lips etc. but as a punjabi i find her face very pretty. We like em bigger

I personally don't think Kareena is drop dead gorgeous but she has her moments that shows off her beauty. I used to not be a fan of hers but she has proven that she can act besides being a Kapoor (gotta really be into Bollywood to understand this, lol)

I don't think she's in that many films. She just seems like it cause she's in the more "popular" movies that's it.

Her recent films have been flops but I still like her as an actress. Flops, to me, just means that the movie didn't make money but doesn't mean she didn't do a good job acting.

her face is very plum and chubby which makes she looks older
sometimes she gets to lipsing to songs which the real singer has a tiny voice so when kareena lipsinging it don't even look as if shes singing caz she looks as if she would have a deeper womanly tone, and sometimes the guys they put her with in the movies look so much younger than she does, as if she could be their mother, i seen bits of her acting shes a good actress.

Kareen isn't gorgeous. The only reason she is in the film industry is because of her last name (I think i said this b4). Besides Karishma is way way better when she acted(NOT NOW).

Kapoors have been in the hindi film industry for years so their family is known as one of the First families of Hindi Cinema. Just like people in the computer industry would respect the Gates(maybe lol), most people in the movie industry will respect the Kapoors.
I don't think being a kapoor has anything to do with Kareena being popular. I know a LOT of people that love her.

To each his own, but I don't find Kareena that attractive.

I actually think Kareena is a better actress than Karisma anyday. It took nearly a decade for Karisma to "prove" she was a good actress. Kareena did it in her debut film Refugee.

Arguing over which region has the best looking women is silly. I'm honestly not trying to be politically correct or be nice, but I seriously do think pretty Desi girls can come from all over.

Half the time you can even tell who's what anyway. I only had 2 people in my whole life correctly guess what type of Indian I was.

i agree...most of the time u cant even tell what part of india someone's from...that's why indian ppl always ask u what part of india ur from...india is so diverse as a whole, and there r stunningly beautiful ppl from all parts.

and for the most part, there r tons of bollywood actors and actresses from the south as well as the north.

aishwarya and kareena have different looks completely, so u cant really compare one to the other. they both have their fans...

honestly, this north indian vs. south indian crap is so lame...we're ALL indian to every non-indian...no one other than indians (and maybe some other south asians) even really cares to make that distinction. and it only seems to be an issue in the US...in the uk and canada it isnt really a big deal.

My mom laughs when I tell her this stuff, b/c she said she never heard this kind of talk when she lived in India. People obviously there would understand the diversity, because they're surrounded by mostly Desis.

i like her cuz she's not fat but not skinny. i don't watch too much indian movies but those that i've seen i thought she was pretty banging. that character when she was a muslim chic was just hot...eventhough she didn't meant to be sexy there.
