uhm....currently there are many method that helps reduce the size or remove the hypertropic scar completely. Therapeutic treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids includes occlusive dressings, compression therapy, intralesional corticosteroid injections, cryosurgery, excision, radiation therapy, laser therapy, interferon therapy, imiquimod 5% cream, and other promising but lesser-known therapies directed at collagen synthesis.
No single modality though is best for scar removal because of the high recurrent rate. Excision alone has the recurrent rate of 90-95% meaning that if you cut the scar off, it will mostly grow back to the same size as before the surgery was done. But if you remove it with the combination of excision and steriod usage the recurrent rate maybe lowered to about 20%. So you better leave this task to the duty of a plastic surgeon or dermatologist to pick the best combination of treatments which would suit your need.
some examples of before and after scar removal

neosporin will reduce the severness of scars; if its just a scratch, keep it clean & apply neosporin... it should go away soon.
vitamin E cream helps as well.

Vitamin C helps to rebuild the collagen, try vitamin C cream, aha cream (retinol, vitamin A acid).
If u want them removed in a surgical way then dermobrosia (laser + crystal, just regular dermobrosia till u bleed) is one way, or u could fill the holes with gelatin but u need to do it every year and it cost $.
Best way is to eat fruit and make sure u avoid sun light and other things that can damage the skin more. A scar will always be there, u can just make it less noticeable. Scars are caused by shadow so dermobrosia actually makes the shadow less noticeable.
If ur scar is like this U (a big hole) then it might become more of u, less noticeable. (the U`s are holes in the skin, scars)

Aloe Vera!!!

its good for scars and red marks
u can use the actual plant, break off a small piece, open the leaf and apply everyday.Or the next best thing...use 100% pure organic aloe vera gel.

Lemon juice is also good to lighten scars.
