How is it a "personal attack" can get closed but blatant racist and inflammatory comments are allowed?

I do not know where to find the link to what you can and can't do as well. But anyway, the M'sian Chat is not highly moderated. I think all we can do is just report and the mods will decide to warn / delete topics depending on the seriousness of comments made.

Anyway, take racist comments lightly. Most of them do it because of their [insert race] Pride.
