Man gets 15 years jail for forcing girls to perform in child porn movies

NARA -- A jobless man has been ordered by two local courts in separate decisions to spend 15 years behind bars for having 15 girls perform obscene acts in pornographic DVDs he produced.

He will be jailed for a combined 15 years unless he successfully appeals the rulings to higher courts.

"The defendants' crimes not only affected the victims both mentally and physically but also contributed to the trend of regarding children as objects to satisfy sexual desire,"

Between March 2001 and March 2005, Yusa conspired with two accomplices to have 15 girls perform obscene acts or sexual violence, and film the scenes for pornographic DVDs he produced and sold, according to the ruling. The victims were aged between 10 and 16 at the time of filming. (Mainichi)
