I'll describe this movie that I saw like 15 yrs ago or so. It's really old. Well I think it's a traditional Samurai type of movie or was he a Ninja? Well anyways this dude's family is massacred by a superior shogun and his warriors. He's just a kid when this happens and his heirloom are these twin daggers but he only has 1 and I think his long lost sister has the other. So he's raised by wolves or animals in the wild but realises he's human and swims into town years later. This guy is apparently very aquatic and swims into civilization or a town. He meets up with some of his childhood friends I think. I only a vague idea of what happens. He somehow meets up with his long lost sister. He fights the Shogun at the end of movie. Like I said I only vaguely remember what happens in the movie cuz Im recollecting from when I was 10 or younger.
