Samaritan attacked, robbed in Nagoya

The Yomiuri Shimbun

A 23-year-old woman from Okazaki, Aichi Prefecture, was kicked by two men and robbed of her purse containing about 50,000 yen.

The woman, who has a hearing disability and difficulty speaking, came to the assistance of another woman who was being accosted by the two men. She sent a text message to a friend asking for help before telling the men to stop harassing the woman. The first woman the men were bothering managed to run away, but the men then kicked and robbed the 23-year-old woman.

using violence on a woman is much worse than robbing.
