I never took an ESL course when I came over here. I guess it was becuase it is only the seconds grades so I catch on very fast. ESL is only for adult like my parents.

There is no official second-language taught in Vietnamese schools, though the government is thinking about introducing it into the curriculum. Private English classes and tutorials are hugely popular nowadays.

^^^ are you sure?
In schools the 2 second languages are taught - English and French.
Edit: What happens to your signature? It is foolish.
