Aren't they just different names? I always thought that in Asia they called it a T Back. it started off in Japan then spread to the rest of Asia. Tjhong seems to be restricted to North America, in Australia, we call it G string.

But if there is a difference, I'd say G strings were the more conservative type, Thongs presumably would be a thin strip riding up you bum cleavage. G strings would be wider, probably extending to the outer edges of the cleavage?

they are different, but you got it backwards dude. G-strings are really thin and little. thongs are wider/thicker. g-strings imo are much more comfy, cos theyre smaller. Picture a g-string as like i guess a triangle in the front and a smaller one in the back. the parts that go around your waist and up your @$$ is really thin. like a string...but its not really a string lol..jus really thin. lol im not good at explaining things so you probly wont get that lol.

Nay, it's pretty common for Asian girls to wear G strings or thongs, even here down under, I know most Asian women below 35, some 35+ have at least 1 pair of g strings or thongs. Funny really how G strings and thongs get rid of the panty line but reveal the line around your hips once they bend over or something.
