I went there in Los Angeles and only ordered fried chicken. I really wanted to try the real Filipino food, and I know fried chicken is not it. Is pansit and lumpia tasting kind of like Chinese chow mein and eggrolls? I eat that too much already. How is the Filipino pork blood dish? Is it bitter? I know the Chinese pork blood dishes are bitter. Any other good Filipino dish to go along with the San Miguel beer?

Good with beer... also try Crispy Pata, Liempo, Papaitan, etc.. lahat ng pampabata!
If out of budget, try spicy tuna with skyflakes!

Wow! I miss LaSalle's Sizzling Sisig.

Unfortunately I don't know how to cook Sisig. And of course there's no Sisig you can buy here in Germany
