well the whole of india celebrates new year on 1st of January every year. but alm ost every state has its own new year ( my state's is on 14 th january ). and let me mention that on 1st of January There's party in every nook & corner of India.

Usaly we Celebrat it at the beginging of the year, u know cus its the begining of a new year
