As far as I know, Jjajangmyun is localized around Huabei province, and Jjambbong originated from the Chinese community in Japan. However, I believe tangsuyuk(sweet & sour) is one of the most common dishes throughout China, or at least in the northern provinces.
Huabei?...these is not a province with that name in China, maybe you meant Hubei, or Hebei?...
Jjajangmyun or Zhajiangmian in China is so different, and actually it is not very popular in Eastern China anyway, I seldom see people eat Zhajiangmian in Shanghai or Hangzhou.
Jjambbong, what you said probably makes sense coz I have never heard of anything like it that I can associated with Chinese food in China.
Tangsuyuk? Tangcupaigu or Tangculiji in China I suppose. The way of preparing the dish is so different in China, we don't put in any vegetables at all when making this dish, and Chinese add much more "soja sauce".

For this topic, I don't think Korean care about what Fookin food is, it's too complicated, and I personally do not care what fookin food is, or cantonese food is, to me it makes no difference as long as they are yummy. Therefore I suppose ordinary foreigners call them CHINESE food.
