I dont know if "hardsubbed" is whats its called but yeah.. i think there was a thread on this already but the search thing wont work..

So how can I do it?

For example: I have an .avi file + a .srt file.
How can i join the two into one?

I dl'd some stuff and wanted to put the files together so that i can watch it on my psp, or watch it on my dvd player. icon_wink.gif

I did a google search and found this freeware which would be able to do that. The link to information (and the download) is here : hxxp://www.trustfm.net/divx/SoftwareAvi2DvdGuides.html

The alternative link to download the freeware is here :

Oh you can always go here. The tutorial is great. The person gives you step by step instructions all in screenshots along with the programs needed to hardsub. This is where I learned how to. icon_smile.gif
