Sushi I don't like but still eat regularly becaus it's good for you, but if we're talking just good shlt, I'd have to go with donkatsu, katsu ramen, tofu salad with katsobushi flakes, and koroke.

when i go to a japanese eat all you can resto, i always go for this:

sukiyaki
ebi tempura
miso soup
katsudon
oyakudon
california maki (or any sushi as long as it has mangoes in it)
eggplant on stick (i don't know how it's called )
i don't like sashimi though----->it's raw

When it comes to Japanese food, I have to put the Chinese nationalist sentiment aside.. hehe

there's this j@p food--i forgot its name--but it looks like a ball. whenever i order it i just say samurai ball. why? i dunno. but i still get it so what the heck

Wasabi clears my sinuses, I don't really like the taste, but it taste good with raw fish.

Last time I went to a Japanese resteraunt, I had some fried salmon heads, quite delicious.

Japanese food has a really delicate flavor to it.

Except Wasabi!

there's one way to eat wasabi without getting hurted

when u hv wasabi in ur mouth, breathe in thru ur nose and breathe out thru ur mouth, dun close ur mouth and bite

udon is thick noodles
katsudon is deep fried pork chop + rice
teriyaki is a type of sauce
miso soup is a type of soup obviously
