The show was really silly and Luna was a plushie >.>; Her facial expressions were completely dependent on what they stuck on her eyes.
With that said, there were quite a few different versions of this series done by various groups. One of them was actually a fandub (that's right, DUB). I didn't get a chance to check out the dub though but I'm curious as to how that came out =p
