hmm not particularly in Predator's favour, but you missed, some things of the predator.
Healing Device thing, PLenty of Wristblades, Naturally stronger than any human, Net capture thing, Shoulder Cannon = kill anything, and some other things. Watch AVP to get the full arsenal.

This is no contest, Predator will zap his @$$ with that laser $hit from like a mile away.

yeah, i was oversimplifying. i've seen all the predator movies and i have a few of the bgh comics. still, i'm not too impressed. no way in hell would wolverine get his @$$ whooped by humans.
I would have to go with wolverine with his healing powers and heighten senses.

Wolverine has way more will and determination. Based on his agility and ability to recover he'll find a way to eventually kill the Predator. Wolverines claws might not be able to cut through the predator's gear though.
wolverine he will sniff out the predator and move so fast he cant be shot. than he will go crazy and yell at the top of his lungs and kill the predator.

predator has been beaten numerous times by average humans already..wolverine hands down.

Agreed Wolves would kick his @$$ and then some.... Predator is a bit soft, not good in hand to hand combat...

No Earth Metal is any good against the Predators extra terrestial metalic gear. Wolverines claws are worth less in this case.. The only thing that can even penetrate what Predator has is the Alien's tail, teeth, fist.. anything part of the Alien's hard exoskeleton and its acid blood.

Wolverine hands down......But i do think that the chosen environment for the battle/surroundings etc would have a big influence on who gets the victory
