Israel only 94? Hah! I thought they were the next smartest people after the Chinese. Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore are really Chinese (southern Chinese to be exact). I wonder if the China score of 100 also include the minority peoples to bring down the total score?

of course they included the rural folks in the test, that's why China's IQ score is lower than Hong Kong or Taiwan.
if u read the site, it says the IQs with asterisks are just guesstimates..
so mongolia's 98 is an average of china's 100 and russia's 96...

China Han people had a higher score, but it also included Inner Mongolians, Manchus and Uygurs who bring it down a couple points.

i know that the literacy rate in mongolia (as santaklaws had said to me) was high at around 98%? i think . maybe higher, not sure. thats really good.
im sure mongolians are smart @$$ people. the head of the medical school at harvard is a Kahn, and thats even after the original kahn gene made way into europe from 800 years ago.
