I love vietnamese food but so hard to find someone that can give me a few recipe tips on making these tasty dishes. It is so hard these days to find home made vietnamese food. If your able to help me with some recipes that would be wonderful. Listed below are some of the dish I crave for but dont know how to make or know the name of some. I know I left alot out so if you like to list some dish I did not mention that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

7 or 9 course meat dish?

quail with some sort of sweet glaze

raw beef with sqeeze of lime and vingar

raw beef dipping sauce

lamb kabob

shrimp sweet and sour soup

dill pig ear with carrot and dikon

My ma cooks just like the way most other Viet mothers cook, a little bit of this, a little of that, and a hell lot of love. There's really no recipes, they know just the right amount of mắm, muối, đường, make the dish tasty.

One tip I learned from my ma with bò 7 món is to eat it with mắm nêm. To make the best mắm nêm, first you have to water it down a little bit with boiled water, add chopped pineapple, and chilies.
