The professional murderer in Khmer is the big problem for innocent people.

A lot of Youn in Phnom penh and they are professional as same as khmer brainwashing either.

There are no evidences to arrest the killer. The kh police can't find out who is the real killer becos thier experience is less than the pro killer. that ' s my idea.

Youn or someone else could kill the people after that they escape away to their contry or give money to officials and they will get answers NO PROBLEM SIR!

Money is the God in Cambodia.
